Body By Burnis was started over 10 years ago by Burnis Jones Jr. He had a drive to want to help women achieve their fitness goals. After seeing fad diet after fad diet come and go, he wanted to focus on building the knowledge and support that promote a healthy fitness lifestyle. Being in the fitness industry Burnis recognized that women's fitness differs from men fitness. He wanted to open a business that catered to women's fitness; providing an environment where women could come in at any fitness level and learn ways to achieve their fitness goals.
