Join one of our monthly membership options.  We have 3 day, 4 day and unlimited packages, as well as a 6 month commitment package.

Personal Training

Join either Burnis, Lee, or Blake for one on one personal training sessions.

Small Group Training

Have a small group of friends who want the benefit of small group instruction?  We offer groups of 2-5 for our small group training, with Burnis, Lee, or Blake.

Here at Body By Burnis we believe in providing a fun and encouraging environment, as we have found that helps our members push themselves in their workouts.  We believe that fitness is a lifestyle, and if you enjoy your workout, you are more likely to continue on your fitness journey.

Body By Burnis Classes

Body By Burnis provides classes that fit any level of fitness.  If you are just starting your fitness journey, we are here to help.  If you are already fit, and are looking for a fun and challenging change to your routine, we are here to help.  All of our classes are for women only.  Come join women who are ready to start, or continue, to make their health and fitness a priority!
